Prevention is priced per alert at cost. Representment is a share of what we actually recover. No subscription either way.
Charged per alert received, whichever network it comes from. Duplicate alerts for the same transaction are never billed twice.
Charged only on a dispute that is won. Lost disputes are free.
Free to install. Billed through Shopify or Whop.
Put in your own numbers. The win rate depends on your reason-code mix and what your store can prove, so pick the one you think is realistic rather than one we picked for you.
Illustrative only, at a 35% win rate. Your result depends on your reason-code mix and the evidence your store can produce. Money we do not recover is never charged for.
Ten percent of a disputed amount, and only once that dispute is actually won and the money is back with you. A dispute we fight and lose is free. A dispute we never fight is free. There is no install fee, no monthly fee and no minimum.
Through whichever platform you installed on — Shopify usage charges, or your saved card on Whop. You never give us card details directly, and you can see every fee against the dispute that produced it.
It depends heavily on the reason code and on what your store can prove — a delivered order with tracking, a published refund policy and a customer thread wins far more often than a bare fraud claim with none of that. Rather than publish one averaged figure that would be wrong for most merchants, we show you your own rate in the dashboard from your first decided dispute, and the calculator lets you model whichever rate you find believable.
No. The 10% is on disputes we fight and win — money recovered that you had already lost. Alert-based prevention, where we refund inside the window so the chargeback never lands, is billed per alert at cost; there is no success fee on it, because a refund is not a recovery.
We read the order, the dispute and the risk signals for the transaction being disputed, and — if you connect it — your support mailbox, so the customer's own messages can be used as evidence. We never write to your catalogue and never issue refunds on your behalf.
We reconcile against the processor on install, so disputes opened before you found us are picked up too, as long as their response window has not already closed.
Yes. You can leave it fully automatic, or require that every packet is approved by you before it goes to the processor. The deadline is tracked either way, and we warn you before one is about to pass.
No. Uninstall whenever you like. Fees already earned on disputes already won remain payable, and nothing further is charged.
